We’re so happy you’ve found us. Sister Social was born right here in the Scottish Borders—a place we love, but also a place we knew needed more spaces for women to meet, connect, and feel part of something.
What started as a simple idea—a few events, a few friendly faces—has grown into a community of brilliant, warm, and welcoming women who show up for each other. Whether you’ve lived here forever or you’re brand new to the area, Sister Social is your invitation to get involved, make new friends, and find your gals.
This is a space for chats over cocktails, sauna sessions, supper clubs, yoga, shared stories, and plenty of laughs.

Out of Lizzie and I, I’m the oldest (by 4 years) and one hundred percent define the “Older Sister” term, minus the affection (I’m not a hugger). Self appointed family manager, organised AF and sunsets bring me more happiness every time I watch them. Love my dogs, but deep down I’m a cat gal.My goal in life is to do exactly what I want to do, when I want to do it. I find the joy in *almost* everything, big and small, and love sharing it all with my favourite people in my life. I have met some of my closest friends through Sister Social and thrive off of what comes next.
There’s nothing more rewarding than watching Sister Social unfold knowing my bestie and I created it together, from the bottom up. Grateful to the girls who have become a part of Sister Social, and excited to meet the girls who we’ll meet along the way.

Youngest, messiest and living for the plot. Born beside hustlers and trying my hardest to become one but my inner chiller wants nothing more than long lies, flights and good food.
Testing out my independent girly era after 22 years of boyfriends (yes, plural, lol). I’m building and leaning on Sister Social and learning to live life on my terms, to love my own space, my own decisions and how the f*ck people keep on top of a tidy bedroom.
We built Sister Social for the girlies but it’s become the sanctuary I didn’t know I needed.
